PRE-EVENT

Daters must be at least 30 years old to register for and participate in Over 30 Speed Dating events.
Daters are not screened in any way by Over 30 Speed Dating. It is the Dater’s sole responsibility to clarify any concerns about other daters’ backgrounds.

PARTICIPATION IN EVENT

Daters are to call or refer to other daters by the name listed on their name tags at the event.
Daters may not share contact information with other daters during the event.
Dater is required to provide current picture identification (e.g., driver’s license) at the event in order to verify his or her age.
Over 30 Speed Dating reserves the right to refuse admission to an individual to an event for any reason, including that the person is intoxicated, is exhibiting inappropriate behavior, or arrives without current picture identification. Daters will not be entitled to a refund if admission is refused.
Over 30 Speed Dating reserves the right to dismiss an individual from an event for any reason, including that the person is intoxicated or is exhibiting inappropriate behavior. Dater will not be entitled to a refund if Dater is so dismissed.
Daters are not permitted/allowed to take photographs or to record other daters by any means during or after the event. All cell phones must be turned off during the event and no cameras or recording devices are permitted.
While it is the goal to have 12 dates for each Dater, Over 30 Speed Dating cannot be held responsible for late cancellations by Daters or no-shows to events. Over 30 Speed Dating may postpone or reschedule an event if there are less than ten registered individuals for Dater to date for any reason. In such cases, a reasonable effort will be made to notify Dater.
Over 30 Speed Dating may postpone/reschedule an event due to hazardous weather conditions. In such cases, a reasonable effort will be made to notify Dater.

DISCLAIMER OR WARRANTY
OVER 30 SPEED DATING MAKES NO WARRANTY TO DATER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR DESCRIBED HEREIN, OR AS TO ANY OTHER MATTER, ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED, OVER 30 SPEED DATING IS NOT A MATCHMAKING SERVICE AND MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT THE EVENT WILL RESULT IN A MATCH OR MATCHES.

FULL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Dater agrees to release, waive, and forever discharge Over 30 Speed Dating of and from any and all past, present and future actions, causes of actions, claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, expenses, and liens, of whatever nature, arising from or incident to Over 30 Speed Dating service, including, without limitation, claims or liabilities arising from event cancellations, injuries at event venues, actions of other daters, absence of background screenings, member disputes, and viruses infecting Dater’s computer due to access to the website of Over 30 Speed Dating.

INDEMNIFICATION
Dater will indemnify and hold harmless Over 30 Speed Dating, etc. from any loss or liability that may be incurred by, imposed upon, or asserted against Over 30 Speed Dating, on account of any claim or action at law or in equity that arises in relation to the services provided to Dater by Over 30 Speed Dating.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The content of Over 30 Speed Dating’s website is the property of Over 30 Speed Dating of State College, LLC, which is formed in the United States under the laws of Pennsylvania.
Dater shall not use the website or its contents, including intellectual property, for his or her own commercial purposes without the consent of Over 30 Speed Dating.
Dater shall not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent or inflammatory material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered illegal or which could, in Over 30 Speed Dating’s discretion, violate the policies of this website.

MEDIA AUTHORIZATION

Neither Over 30 Speed Dating nor third parties (e.g., print and online media, radio, and/or television) may photograph and/or make recordings (audio/video) of Over 30 Speed Dating events without the written consent of members.
Members at an Over 30 Speed Dating event and users of the website may be asked to authorize Over 30 Speed Dating to use photographs and recordings (audio/video) in which the member appears, and any comments, statements or testimonials made by such member, for any legal purpose including, without limitation, marketing and advertising of Over 30 Speed Dating services and events, or for editorial purposes. Provided however, Over 30 Speed Dating will not use a member’s name, photograph or any other personally identifiable information in connection with any marketing or advertising of Over 30 Speed Dating services or events without written consent.
Members have the option of posting a photo on their profile. The photo will be visible for 72 hours after an attended event and only to those daters who attended the event. Over 30 Speed Dating has the right to delete any photos that are deemed to be inappropriate in its sole discretion. In such cases, the member will be notified of such action and may submit another photo that meets Over 30 Speed Dating's standards.
Each member at an Over 30 Speed Dating event and user of the website releases Over 30 Speed Dating from any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such individual may have in connection with his or her attendance/participation in an Over 30 Speed Dating event or use of the website and the exploitation of photographs/audio/video recordings in any manner or format.
No member shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or media recordings.

SECURITY
Over 30 Speed Dating will not provide your information to others for research or commercial purposes.

When you register with Over 30 Speed Dating, LLC you agree to (1) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of matches; and (2) have e-mails sent to you with Over 30 Speed Dating announcements.
